That's the trouble with this weather. Makes you feel you want to hide away. However my first Open Mic of the Year is tonite(just got the email)at Winchester Pub in Bournemouth. See you all there for a fantastic start to the New Year!
Thanks Penny. Went very well indeed and followed up by last night's internal poetry competition in our Poole Poetry Group.We read out each others' submitted poems and each marked them out of 10. You were only allowed to award 5 max to your own.My poem 'Necropolis' (on my website)won and my other poem 'My Brother-In-Law's Funeral'was second. I was delighted that both poems received no less than 7 from anybody!
